How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is usually processed within 7 working days.
Your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time to reflect the amount in your account.

How will my refund be issued?

What should I do if I receive a damaged order?

If your item arrives damaged, email us at jeeprint99@gmail.com within 3 days along with photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.

What if I want to return a product?

You may return unused, undamaged items with original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
After receiving it, you can choose between:

  • A refund, or

  • A store credit for future purchases

Note: Customized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at jeeprint99@gmail.com.

Can I cancel after the order is shipped?

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Do you charge cancellation fees?

No. Cancellations are free of charge as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.

When will I receive my refund for a canceled order?

After cancellation is approved, refunds generally take 7–12 working days depending on your bank’s processing time.
