How can I place an order for a customized nameplate?
You can easily order a customized nameplate from the Jeeprint website. Choose your preferred nameplate design, select the available size and customization options, enter your required name or text, and add the product to your cart. Review your details and complete the checkout process.
Can I change my nameplate order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, please contact Jeeprint as soon as possible after placing it. Since customized nameplates are made according to the details provided by the customer, changes may not be possible once production has started.
Can I cancel my customized nameplate order?
Customized nameplates are made specifically for each customer and generally cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, cancellation may not be possible once your order has entered production. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take for a Jeeprint nameplate?
Delivery time depends on the selected product, customization, production time and delivery location. Please check the estimated delivery timeline mentioned on the product page or during checkout for the most accurate information.
How can I track my Jeeprint order?
Once your customized nameplate has been shipped, you will receive the shipment and tracking details through the contact information provided with your order. You can use the tracking information to check the current status of your delivery.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for nameplates?
COD may be available for eligible products and delivery locations. Availability can depend on your location and order details. If COD is available for your order, the option will be displayed during checkout.
Customization
Can I customize my nameplate?
Yes. Jeeprint specializes in customized nameplates for homes, offices, shops and other spaces. Depending on the product, you can customize details such as the name, text, size, font or other available design options shown on the product page.
Can I use a different language on my nameplate?
Yes, you can provide your required name or text in supported Indian languages, depending on the selected design. Please make sure that the spelling and wording are correct before placing your order.
Can I request a different font or design for my nameplate?
The available fonts and design options are displayed on the respective product page. If you require a different font, layout or design that is not listed, contact Jeeprint before placing your order. We can confirm whether the requested customization is possible.
Can I change the size of my customized nameplate?
Each nameplate design has specific size options available on its product page. If you require a size that is not listed, you can contact Jeeprint before ordering. Custom-size requests may depend on the design, material and production requirements.
Will I get a preview of my customized nameplate?
If the selected product includes a preview or customization preview option, you will be able to review your customization while placing the order. Always check the name, spelling, text and other customization details carefully before completing your purchase.
What if I enter the wrong name or spelling while ordering?
Please carefully check all customization details before placing your order. Since a personalized nameplate is produced according to the information submitted by the customer, Jeeprint may not be able to correct the name, spelling or text after production has started.
Installation
How do I install my Jeeprint nameplate?
Jeeprint nameplates are designed for easy installation. Depending on the size of the nameplate, it comes with 2 or 4 pre-drilled holes, along with the required screws and mirror-finish screw caps. Simply mark the hole positions on the wall, drill the required holes and fix the nameplate using the provided screws.

Do I need a carpenter to install my nameplate?
You do not necessarily need a carpenter. If you have a drill machine and are comfortable drilling into your wall, you can install the nameplate yourself. If you are not comfortable with drilling or wall installation, we recommend getting help from a local carpenter or professional installer.
Can I install my nameplate without drilling?
Yes. If drilling is not possible on your wall, Jeeprint offers an optional double-sided adhesive tape installation method. This option is suitable for appropriate smooth, clean and dry surfaces. Adhesive performance may vary depending on the wall texture, paint, moisture and surface condition.
Returns & Replacement
Can I return a customized nameplate?
Customized nameplates are personalized products made specifically according to the customer's requirements. Because they cannot normally be resold to another customer, returns may not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect customization details provided by the customer.

What should I do if my nameplate arrives damaged?
If your Jeeprint nameplate arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Share your order details along with clear photographs or videos of the package and the damaged product so our team can review the issue and assist you according to our return and replacement policy.
What if I receive the wrong nameplate or product?
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact Jeeprint with your order details and clear photographs of the product received. Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution according to our policy.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Depending on your location and order eligibility, online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) options may be available.
Can I get a GST invoice for my order?
Yes. If you require a GST invoice for your purchase, please provide the required business details, including your GSTIN and billing information, while placing your order or contact the Jeeprint support team with your order details.
Is my online payment secure?
Yes. Online payments are processed through the payment gateway available at checkout. Payment information is handled through the payment provider's secure payment system. Jeeprint does not require you to share your payment details directly with us.
