Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
